Important Association News

PARKING PASSES REQUIRED FOR ALL VILLAGE RESIDENTS
All residents of The Villages of Emerald Lakes are required to have a valid parking sticker.  Each condominium owner is entitled to two parking stickers. Parking stickers can be obtained at the on-site Manager's office at the Emerald Lakes Clubhouse.  Please call 239-591-0802 to make an appointment to receive parking stickers.
 
Parking stickers are not required for Emerald Lakes Neighborhood 1.

Clubhouse and Recreational Information

CLUBHOUSE / POOL HOURS
Both the Clubhouse and Cabana pools are open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.  Social Distancing is required.
 
The Clubhouse Exercise Room is now open, and the Clubhouse is back to its fully operational hours.

PICKLEBALL
Please join us any morning from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Saturday to play Pickleball.  Pickleball is a great game for all ages, and offers a fun time for exercise, being outdoors and meeting new friends.  We have paddles and balls that you can use.  Beginners are welcome!  Please come join us to play or stop by to cheer us on.
 
PICKLEBALL COURTS ARE OPEN WITH THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:
*  Players to remain 6 feet apart at all times.
*  Players to sanitize hands, paddles, rackets and balls before entering courts.
*  Use of courts restricted to Emerald Lakes Residents only
*  PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

To log into the Web Portal accounting system at Guardian, please click on the link provided in the private section of the Emerald Lakes Master Association Documents and Forms section of this website.
 
First-time users to this WEBSITE must register in order to see the private portions of the site.  Once registered, simply use the login button. Only registered deeded homeowners have access the private sections.  Registration approvals are granted during regular business hours.  Requests for a password in the evening hours or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
