About Us

Emerald Lakes is a planned community consisting of 145 single-family homes and 380 condominium homes on two beautiful lakes.  It is ideally located in North Naples with proximity to beaches and state parks, shopping and dining, performance and cultural event venues, and more than 100 acres of natural preserves. 

Our Clubhouse is a meeting place which opens onto a beautiful swimming pool and a 55-acre lake with a dock for fishing, sailing, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding.   Clubhouse facilities include a kitchen, fitness room, billiard table, library, soft seating, table-and-chair seating area, and an on-site management office.  In addition to swimming and lake activities, community amenities include tennis, pickleball, bocce and basketball courts, a picnic area, and sidewalks throughout the neighborhood.

Our residents’ children are zoned for Pelican Marsh Elementary School, Pine Ridge Middle School and Barron Collier High School.
